Class Descriptions

Parent/Tot

An energetic class that focuses on age appropriate development. This class offers games and activities to help your child develop gross motor skills and hand eye coordination. Social interaction and group involvement make this class a great introduction to gymnastics.

3-5 and 4-6 Years

These classes will have your child feeling independent while having fun developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students will be introduced to basic gymnastics and motor skills to help further succeed in their training.

7+ Years

These classes are designed for students looking to learn gymnastics at all levels. Students will work on a variety of techniques based on skill level from beginner through advanced.  Flexibility, coordination, and total body strength are focused on.

Dress Code: Proper attire is mandatory.

  • Shoulder length or longer hair, should be tied back, no jewelry,
  • Girls: Leotard or fitted shirt and shorts
  • Boys: Shorts and shirt tucked in

Itsy-Bitsy Spiders: (Not Yet Walking -30 minutes)
A parent/child class for babies who are crawling but not yet walking. During this class, we will provide parents and their babies quality time while introducing gross and fine motor development, core strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Locomotor skills are introduced including rolling, eye tracking, and social skills with other children. The activities used in these classes are a great foundation for your child’s development.

Bitty Bugs: (Walking- 2 years old -45 minutes)
This energetic parent/child class focuses on gross motor development, core strength, balance, and hand-eye coordination. You child will receive lots of social interaction, while learning to work with a group, and follow an instructor.

Busy Bees: (3-4 years old – 45 minutes)
This class will help your child gain more independence, and socialization. This classes focuses on developing strength and coordination through obstacle course fun! Students in this class will be introduced to beginner gymnastics and locomotive skills, while practicing colors, numbers, and letters!

Happy Hoppers/Mini Monkeys: 
(4-6 years old -60 minutes)
This class offers more challenges and requires more stamina than the 45-minute classes. Students will improve coordination, flexibility, and strength. With the added 15 minutes of stationed activities, students will begin to learn more challenging skills in repetition. They will continue to integrate colors, numbers, and letters into their gymnastics.

Grade School (grades 1-4) 
This class offers your child fundamental gymnastics skills. We teach these skills on all four gymnastic apparatuses (vault, bars, beam, and floor) with the additional aid of trampolines, tumble tracks, and multiple foam pit areas. Students will progress and be challenged through coach’s discretion.

Middle School Gymnastics (grades 5- 8)
This class is mixed level/abilities geared towards building, strength, balance, and coordination. We teach these skills on all four gymnastic apparatuses (vault, bars, beam, and floor) with the additional aid of trampolines, tumble tracks, and multiple foam pit areas. Students will progress and be challenged through coach’s discretion

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Mid-session enrollment tuition will be prorated. All classes and times are subject to change due to enrollment. Register early to guarantee placement. No make-­ups will be offered during the summer sessions.

Please remember to arrive for class, and pick up on time. Children must wait indoors for pick up.
